In December 2018, a General Resolution was issued that introduced the analysis of a Tax Reform, including certain modifications to the personal income tax (PIT), Non-Resident Income Tax (NRIT), and Transfer Pricing Rules, among others. This summary has been updated to include the modifications once the Tax Reform is published.
