Chad's General Tax Code does not currently provide any provisions for foreign tax relief.

Tax treaties

Chad currently has double-taxation agreements (DTA) with the following countries:

• Cameroon.
• Central African Republic.
• Equatorial Guinea.
• Gabon.
• Republic of Congo.
