On 24 March 2026, the President of the Republic of Liberia signed into law the Tax Amendment Act of 2025 amending the Liberia Consolidated Revenue Code (LRC). The Amendment Act of 2025 seeks to amend 14 sections and four chapters of the LRC. We have incorporated the amendments in this summary.
