Exchange controls

Uzbek nationals are allowed to export foreign currency in the equivalent of up to UZS 100 million in cash without any declaration and above UZS 100 million within the order determined by Cabinet of Ministers.

Foreign nationals are allowed to export foreign currency from Uzbekistan but only up to the amount initially declared at the customs upon arrival in the country or withdrawn from their US bank account in Uzbekistan.
