Corporate - Significant developments

- Presidential Legislative Decree 71/25, of 20 March 2025, approved the new Legal Regime of Invoices. This diploma was supposed to enter into force in September 2025. However, the tax authorities issued a notice granting an extension of the entry into force to 1 January 2026.
